Our Experiences

Hunting in New Zealand’s South Island isn’t one-size-fits-all. Alongside our guided trips, we offer unique free-range hunting experiences that make up some of the best hunting trips South Island visitors can enjoy,  from learning the full process of harvesting meat, to team adventures, or even joining the hunt without pulling the trigger.

Meat Hunt
Hunt to harvest.

Take part in a full free-range hunting and butchering experience that takes you from the field to the table. Under the guidance of experienced hunters with strong butchery knowledge, you’ll learn not only how to hunt and harvest but also how to properly process your game. From field dressing to preparing cuts of meat, our guides will walk you through each step so you can take home skills as well as memories.

At the end of the trip, you’ll carry up to 7kg of meat back home as a true reward for your efforts.

Please enquire with us regarding country-specific regulations for transporting meat.

Staff Parties
Team bonding, the Kiwi way.

Bring your crew for a hunting trip with a difference, an outdoor adventure that’s a world away from the usual staff do. Guided by experienced locals, your team will enjoy a safe and welcoming introduction to free-range hunting in New Zealand’s South Island.

Together you’ll head out into the hills, spot game, and share the thrill of the hunt, building real connection and teamwork in a way only the outdoors can deliver.

It’s an unforgettable experience that strengthens bonds and leaves your crew with stories to spin long after you’re back at work.

Trips can be arranged to suit your group’s size, schedule, and level of experience.

No-Shoot
The hunt without the trigger.

Want the thrill of the trip without handling a rifle? This experience is designed for those who want to be part of the hunt without the pressure of pulling the trigger.

Walk the land alongside our guides, learn how to track and spot game, and soak up the beauty of the South Island’s free-range landscapes. You can choose to simply observe the action and enjoy the outdoors, or, if you’d like, one of our guides can do the shooting for you so you’re still part of the experience.

It’s also a great option for kids, partners, or anyone who wants the adventure, the stories, and the memories of a hunt,  without needing to fire a shot themselves.
